Tuesday and Thursday: 5:00am, 6:00am, 8:30am, & 5:00pm
Friday: 6:00am
An energizing spin class combining cardio, endurance, and fun, set to motivating music in a high-energy atmosphere. Due to limited bikes, sign-ups are required. There is also a 24-hour cancellation notice policy. Class is approximately 40-45 minutes.
